Terms & conditions 

• Cottages can be rented outside high season per night subject to a three night minimum, prices include cleaning on departure. July and August cottages are rented on a weekly basis only.
• Cleaning is included on departure or every 7 days if rented for multiple weeks. Daily maid service is available for 30€ per hour
• 25% deposit on booking, the balance due 14 days prior to arrival (28 days for reservations during July and august)
• Payment is due 14 days (28 days for reservations in July/August) to arrival date, charged to the card details provided on booking.  
• Cancellation Policy- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival (28 days for reservations in July or August), unless a replacement booking is found.
• Weekly Changeover day is Saturday in July and August (Passiflore and Grapevine) and Sunday for Petite Maison . Outside high season, anyday arrival.
• Check in between 3pm and 10pm, late checkin can be arranged. 
• Departure before 10am
• No smoking in the apartments
• Electricity, gas, water, towels and linen included in the price
• Accommodation is required to be left as per departure instructions in regards to bins, laundry and leftover food
• No security deposit taken but breakages caused by guests may be charged
• Local Taxe de Sejour will be charged.
